Like everything, door seals age. They deteriorate, rip, and collapse resulting in air leaks, noise, water and TKS leaks. Replacing the seals is easy enough to do it yourself and doesn't require a certificated mechanic! Our kits contain enough seal to fit one door (pilot, co-pilot, or baggage compartment), with some extra to fill gaps as the seal shrinks. This seal is mounted on the fuselage door opening. The seal itself is the same OEM product provided by Cirrus. Both varieties -- foam and rubber -- are available.

*Sold separately, we also offer the black foam seal adhered to the door, which can also deteriorate and/or become disbonded. This seal fills the gaps from uneven doors and fuselage curvature variations. Available by the roll, we sell 1/16" or 1/8" thick. You can layer it where needed. Buy here.
