Engine Compartment Fuel Hose Kit

Replace your flexible rubber fuel lines with these light-weight, silicone-coated, Teflon hoses for improved service life.  The Stratoflex full-radius fittings are utilized to reduce flow turbulence and vapor separation for better performance!

Kits available for:

• SR22 NA/TN – S/N 0001-2709 (5 hoses)
• SR22 NA – S/N 2710-3420* (5 hoses)
• SR22 TN – S/N 2710-3420* (5 hoses)
• SR22 NA – S/N 3421+ (6 hoses)
• SR22 T – S/N 0001+ (6 hoses)

*If your serial number is between 2710 and 3420, please note:

There is Service Bulletin 2X-28-08 R1 that may or may not have been complied with on your plane.  Because there are several possible gascolator and electric fuel pump configurations, it is IMPERATIVE that you verify the configuration before ordering a hose kit.

• If the gascolator to electric fuel pump is configured like this:
  – 20.8″ long
  – 90-degree fittings on each end
  – 90-degree rotation from each other
  • Order the AR2008-302 hose kit regardless of whether you have an NA or TN
    
• If the gascolator to electric fuel pump is configured like this:
  – 20.8″ long
  – 90-degree fittings on each end
  – 180-degree rotation from each other
  • Order the AR2008-202 hose kit regardless of whether you have an NA or TN

NOTE:  Some of your existing hoses may have a 90-degree adapter on the end of a straight hose.  Our hoses have the 90-degree fitting built in to the unit.  This results in better flow characteristics of the liquid.

Please order carefully as we will not accept any hoses for refund that have any signs of wear.  If additional hoses are needed, they will be billed individually.  If you need assistance identifying hose requirements, please call us at 715/822-5787.

NOTE:  These hose kits do NOT come with 8130s.  If 8130 documentation is needed, the vendor charges a $50 fee and requires 5 additional days of leadtime.  If required, please indicate need for 8130s in the Notes section when placing your order.
